PodStop is a building of private, secure Smart Office Pods® in Smithtown. Rent one by the hour, walk in with your PIN, and get to work.
The pod
A real office in a glass room.
Each pod fits up to four people. Inside you’ll find a private computer with Microsoft Office, a webcam, Zoom, a phone, and power for your devices. Bring your own laptop if you prefer.
Every pod has Smart Tint® switchable privacy glass. Press a button and the glass frosts for full privacy.

There’s no scheduling. You don’t book a time slot. Your hours are on your account, and your clock runs only while you’re in the building.
Safety and privacy
Monitored outside. Private inside.
The parking lot and shared areas are recorded and monitored 24/7, 365 days a year. Nothing is recorded inside the rental pods. The pod computer keeps nothing: after every logout or reboot, it resets and erases.

Only verified members with a 4-digit PodStop ID can enter.
