Our fully serviced Office Pods have everything taken care of – from the furniture to the secure high speed Wi-Fi and printing so you can focus on driving your creative needs forward.
Our flexible Office space is available for rent, for as little as an hour, a day, a week , a month or stay for longer and personalize your time to suit whatever your unique needs may be. We believe in NO CONTRACTS!

What is a PodStop®?
A Podstop® is a centralized location that houses Smart Office Pods enabling members to have secure meeting spaces by renting blocks of time calculated down to the minute. Use PodStop® to access and rent one of our existing Pods that include smart TVs, centralized computer systems, and Wifi telephone system for incoming and outgoing telephone calls, video conferencing, providing a physical address, for your business mail, file storage, and a centralized print station.
What is a Smart Office Pod?
Smart Office Pod® is an immersive secure, soundproof office/meeting space with complete internet access, printing, copying, scanning, and faxing capabilities for all of your office requirements. Smart Office Pods® also offer instant Privacy on Demand. With the click of a button the glass will turn private, powered by Smart Tint®. You can bring your own laptop/smart phone and connect to our high-speed wifi internet, Smart TVs, or use our computer network with your own dedicated file storage, wifi telephone service all in our secure office pods.
How It Works
- Purchase your Pod Rental package, we will text you an access code to enter the building to access your pod. Pods are on a first come, first serve basis for our Basic members. Pro Members, will be able to schedule and reserve their own dedicated pod days and times. Whether you show up or not you will be billed for the time you reserved. You may cancel up to one hour before your reservation time.
- Pod billing will start when you enter your 4-digit access code as you enter the Podstop building.
- Pod billing will stop when you enter your 4-digit access code as you exit the Podstop building.
- There is a maximum 5 minute buffer overage allowed for sanitizing your Pod rental using our provided sanitary wipes.
- All PodStop locations are monitored 24/7 365 days a year with video surveillance for your security and for Pod usage accuracy.
- Each Pod can accommodate a total of four people including you. All guests must utilize your rented Pod only.
